Previous winners at TPC River Highlands are:
Xander Schauffele finished with a historic victory at the 2022 Travelers Championship by overcoming a late deficit and closing with a tap-in birdie.
It was Schauffele's second victory of the year and sixth in his PGA TOUR career. He won the competition with a final-round score of 2-under par 68 at TPC River Highlands over J.T. Poston and Sahith Theegala.
Schauffele finished at 14-under par for the competition in the final round after making four birdies and two bogeys with one hole remaining and Theegala leading by one stroke.
Xander watched as the leader took two shots out of a fairway bunker and hit his fourth shot onto the green. Theegala missed his putt for bogey as Schauffele split the fairway with his shot when it was up ahead on the green.
On the other hand, with his playing partner Patrick Cantlay, Schauffele won the team competition, the Zurich Classic of New Orleans, in April 2021.
Harris English won over Kramer Hickok in a drawn-out eight-hole playoff for the 2021 Travelers Championship at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, Connecticut.
Harris and Kramer both finished the final round with 72 holes of 13-under. English recorded crucial birdies at the 16th and 18th holes to move ahead of clubhouse leader Marc Leishman to 13-under par.
He started the day two strokes behind Hickok and Bubba Watson. On the 18th and second playoff holes, Hickok had a long birdie while English was stuck in the greenside bunker.
However, Hickok missed his birdie attempt by a few inches while Harris made an outstanding par with his bunker shot. English's win at the Travelers Championship was his fourth PGA Tour win overall and his first victory of the 2021 season.
Dustin Johnson defeated Kevin Streelman by one shot at TPC River Highlands and won the 2020 Travelers championship with a 3-under 67. He won the Travelers Championship in his fourth appearance with a final score of 19-under-par 261.

Dustin was paired with Todd in the final group, passing Todd with birdies at holes Nos. 4 and 5, then claimed the lead outright after making a short birdie putt at the par-4 ninth hole.
With his victory at the 2020 Travelers Championship, Johnson joined Tiger Woods and Jack Nicklaus as the only players to have won a Tour championship every year in their first 13 seasons on the PGA Tour.
Chez Reavie won the 2019 Travelers Championship with a final round 1-under 69 by four strokes over Keegan Bradley and Zack Sucher.

He was pursued by Keegan Bradley and only had a one-shot lead as they walked up the 17th hole. Reavie won by four strokes after making a birdie while Bradley shot a double-bogey on the hole.
Chez's first year on the PGA Tour came in 2008 when he won his first PGA Tour championship at the 2008 RBC Canadian Open on July 27, 2008.
Additionally, in 2019, Reavie tied for third place at the U.S. Open held at Pebble Beach Golf Links in Pebble Beach, California. This was his greatest performance in a major competition and his first time finishing in the top 10.

Also, in 2015 Bubba won, defeating Casey on the second playoff hole to win his second Travelers championship. He won his first PGA Tour title at the Travelers Championship 2010 in a second-hole playoff against Corey Pavin and Scott Verplank.
Jordan Spieth defeated Daniel Berger in a playoff to win the 2017 Travelers Championship with an incredible shot from the sand on the 18th hole.
Following the first three rounds, Spieth has a one-stroke lead. He finished with an even-par 70 to tie Berger, who had a 67 after making birdies on three of the last six holes, for the lead at 12-under 268.
Both players pushed their drives to the left on the par-4 18th, the first and only hole in the playoff, creating challenging approach shots.
From almost 220 yards, Spieth's second shot found the front right bunker, while Berger's ball landed just off the left side of the green.
Spieth, a two-time major champion, teed off first. Berger started the round three strokes down in the third position.
As Spieth made a bogey on hole 14, he tied Spieth for the lead with a 5-foot birdie putt on hole 15 and again with an 8-foot birdie putt on hole 17.
Scottish professional golfer Russell Knox won the 2016 Travelers Championship at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, Connecticut. Knox was three strokes behind 54-hole leader Daniel Berger in the final round.

Russell made his final birdie of the front nine on the par-5 sixth hole, which was his second of the day. Knox completed his outward half with pars, bringing his round total to 1-under with a solid 34.
Winning the 2016 championship marks his second victory on the PGA Tour and his fourth top-10 finish.

He won for the second time at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, Connecticut, and eighth time overall on the PGA Tour after he birdied the second playoff hole.
Watson had a chance to win in regulation during the final round but bogeyed the hole, while Casey finished with three birdies on the final five holes to force a playoff.
Following his victory, Watson continued to have a strong season, establishing his place among the best golfers on the PGA Tour. He achieved a career-high ranking of second in the Official World Golf Ranking in February 2015.
Kevin Streelman won the Travelers Championship at TPC River Highlands by one shot after birdieing the final seven holes in 2014
Streelman shot an impressive round of 64, finishing off with a back nine score of 28 and 7 straight birdies to finish his championship round.
His final score of -15 was one better than that of Sergio Garcia and K.J. Choi, who both shot great rounds of 67. He won his first PGA TOUR event at the 2013 Tampa Bay Championship.
Winning the 2014 championship, it marked his second PGA Tour win. His best result at the Travelers Championship came in 2011 when he placed T-6 behind the winner Freddie Jacobson.
Streelman's victory marked the high point of the 2014 PGA Tour season and confirmed his standing as one of the best golfers on tour.
Ken Duke won the 2013 Travelers Championship in a two-hole playoff against Chris Stroud. Ken defeated Chris with a birdie on the second extra hole In a sudden-death playoff.
After three career runner-up finishes, Duke finally won his first PGA Tour competition at the Travelers Championship in his 187th start.
He was two strokes behind the leaders going into the final round but recorded a final round 66 to gain the lead in the clubhouse before Stroud chipped in on the last green to force a playoff.
In the playoff, Duke played his approach to within three feet after both players completed the first extra hole with a par.
Stroud, roughly 30 feet away, failed to make a birdie, leaving Duke a chance to win his first PGA Tour match from three feet. Duke received the tournament trophy and $1,098 million for winning the 2013 Travelers Championship.
