Ever since the coronavirus pandemic kicked off, Ryan Seacrest, the American Idol host, and mainstay of Live With Kelly and Ryan, has been filming part of the latter at home on account of the COVID-19 quarantine orders.
Page Six reported today that the television show host will probably move back to his home on the West Coast permanently. During a conversation with Closer Weekly, an insider said that Ryan doesn’t have any problems with New York, but he’s thinking about moving.
He has been “exhausted” while living there since his health scare in the middle of May. On the other hand, an insider who spoke with Page Six said that he won’t be moving to California permanently. He’ll return to New York City once they ask him to come back.
As it was previously reported, during the season finale broadcast of American Idol, the 45-year-old host struggled to get his words out, appeared confused, and also had a droopy eye, almost as if he was having a stroke.
Representatives speaking on behalf of Seacrest denied all the rumors of a stroke, saying that the incident was mostly just a consequence of finding the right work-life balance. An insider explained to Page Six that the star is dreading the idea of not living in California.

According to multiple reports, Live With Kelly and Ryan will go on hiatus next month. A source who spoke with Page Six says that the timing was perfect. An ABC source claims that people are concerned about Ryan’s health, arguing that he is “overdoing it.”
While Ryan Seacrest has been struggling with his health recently, the American Idol host’s relationships have continued to stay strong. Charisse Van Horn reported earlier this year that many of his fans believe he and Shayna Taylor are engaged.

Reportedly, Seacrest and Taylor have been together for seven years and fans have been asking whether they’ll be getting married sometime soon. One source who spoke with Ok Magazine back in June said that Ryan believes their romance has been going well. He’s ready to “take the plunge,” so to speak.
