竹垣悟さんといえば、メディアに頻繁に登場する元極道の方です。 迫力あるビジュアルでありながらも、男前でユーモラスな魅力があります。 今日は現在時代の竹垣悟さんについて書いてみたいと思います。 どのような成り行きでそっちの世界に入ったのか？ そして、なぜ破門状が出されたのか？ 本人の発言から整理してまとめてみたいと思います。 竹垣悟の波乱万丈な経歴。破門状が出されるまでに何度も組を移籍 竹垣悟さんはそっちの世界に入る前に、東映東京撮影所の大部屋俳優をしていた時期があります。 俳優の若山富三郎さんの付き人をしていた他、任侠映画に出演したこともありました。 竹垣さんが極道の道に進んだのは1972年のことです。 やくざになったのは、周囲の環境もありますね。私の生まれ育った姫路は竹中四代目をはじめとして不良も多く、つまらない意地を張ったということです。実は、やくざになったことは今でも後悔しています（笑）。あのまま辛抱して役者になればよかったかなと。「ヤクザ」と「ヤクシャ」ではえらい違いですわね（笑）。 俳優として芽が出なかった竹垣さんは、山口組竹中組系坂本会の盃を受けて極道入りを果たすことになります。 坂本会での竹垣さんは、若頭にまで出世したし、兵庫県姫路市を拠点とする義竜会を結成しました。 竹垣さんの結成した義竜会は最盛期には150人もの組員を抱え、姫路最大の暴力団だった時期もありました。 1979年になると、竹中組の直参にまで昇進。 当時、竹垣悟さんは竹中組組長・竹中正久さんにボディーガード役を任される程に信頼されていました。 竹垣悟が波紋された理由。「山一抗争」の終結時に板挟みの立場 正久さんが山口組四代目組長に就任したことにより発足した二代目竹中組。 竹垣さんはそこでは、若頭補佐を務めることなりました。 しかし、「山一抗争」最中の1985年1月に正久さんが暗殺される大事件が起こるなど、出世早々にバタバタしていました。 その後、山口組からの激しい報復により一和会が内部分裂して「山一抗争」は終結に向かいます。 その際、「一和会のトップである山本広の命を取るまでは終われない」と、竹垣さんが所属する二代目竹中組と、山口組執行部の間で対立が起きてしまいます。 両者の対立は、正久さんの実弟である二代目竹中組組長・竹中武さんが意地を貫き通し、二代目竹中組は山口組を離脱する騒ぎまでに発展したのです。（※両者の対立は「山竹抗争」と呼ばれました） そして、二代目竹中組に所属していた竹垣さんも山口組と対立する立場となってしまい、所属先と総本山の板挟みの立場になり居心地の悪い状況になってしまったのです。 竹垣悟は山口組復帰のために中野組に入閣するも「宅見若頭射殺事件」のとばっちり 竹垣さんは竹中武さんの言い分に納得できるものの、懲役に行っている組員の帰る場所を用意する必要があると、本部との対立に葛藤を感じていました。 そして竹垣悟さんは、1989年頃より中野太郎さん率いる中野会に所属となり山口組に復帰し、竹垣さんは中野会でも若頭補佐まで出世しました。 しかし、今度は1997年に中野会が関与していたとされる「宅見若頭射殺事件」が起き、中野会が山口組より絶縁処分を受けることになり、竹垣さんは2度目の巻き込み事故に晒されました。 その後の竹垣さんは、山口組執行部の判断で山口組系山健組の預かりになった後、山口組系古川組に移籍することになりました。 竹垣悟は古川組で引退。歴任の履歴が災いし破門状を出される 古川組でも竹垣さんは舎弟頭補佐まで出世しましたが、その頃から暴力団対策法による取り締まり強化の影響もあり、引退を考えるようになりました。 2005年に古川組組長・古川雅章さんが司忍さんと折り合いが合わず、実子の古川恵一さんに後目を譲る形になると、その際に竹垣さんも一緒に引退する決断を下しています。 結果的に竹垣さんは二次団体の幹部を歴任した経歴が災いしたのか、引退の際には山口組から破門状が出る羽目にもなってしまったのです。 竹垣悟の複雑な家庭環境。嫁と子供達を大切にする男 竹垣悟さんの育ちはとても複雑です。 生まれてくる際に、母は「理由あり出産」を選択し、戸籍を実父ではない男性の好意で借りて出産したのです。 名前 竹垣悟（たけがきさとる） 出身地 兵庫県姫路 生年月日 1951年3月21日 つまり、戸籍上の父親と実父のいるという複雑な環境で、尚且つ戸籍上の父親も育ての親というわけではなく、実質は父親不在の家庭で育ったのです。 女手1つで子供を育てることになった母は、水商売で生計を立てていたそうです。 母は女子高等師範学校を卒業している教養のある女性で、子供に水商売で働いている姿を子供には見せたくないということで、竹垣さんを小学に入学すると知人の家に預けました。 幸い虐待を受けることはなかったものの、預けられた家は、夏は海水浴場を営む自営業者で、家風から冬でも薄着を強いられるという特殊な環境でした。 小学生の頃の竹垣さんは鳩を飼って飼育するなど、心優しい少年だったようです。 竹垣悟は中学を卒業した後は俳優業を志し東映に入所 竹垣さんは小学を卒業した後は、実家に戻り母親と一緒に暮らすことができたそうです。 当時の竹垣さんは勉強が苦手だったということで、母親は心配して家庭教師をつけてくれたそうですが、勉強は上達せず、高校には進学できませんでした。 中学生の頃の竹垣さんは映画や当時流行していた伝書鳩に熱中しており、中学を卒業後は東映東京撮影所に入所しました。 竹垣さんは大部屋俳優をしながら任侠映画に出演し、その傍ら俳優の若山富三郎さんの付き人をしていたそうです。 俳優として成功を諦めたことに、本当に任侠の世界に染まったということです。 極道の世界に入った後に結婚。現役から現在までに嫁と子供達を大切にしてきた 任侠の世界で出世した竹垣悟さんですが、現役時代に現在の嫁さんと結婚しています。 嫁さんは兵庫県姫路市内で「クラブアンアン」というスナックを営んでおり、メディアに登場したこともあります。 嫁さんのお店は、現在は娘が中心になって営まれているようです。
