Khloe Kardashian Crushes Intense Workout In New Video That Leaves Fans Sweating

Khloe Kardashian shared a video of her crushing an intense workout today that has fans sweating by merely watching it.

The Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian star is not taking a break from her workout regime despite being on vacation. She used Instagram today to let her fans see that her determination for physical fitness does not waiver.

Koko didn’t just do a few jumping jacks or run a couple of miles. Nope, she went all in proving once again she is a workout queen.

“Many people ask me to post my workouts like I used to. I may start filming my workouts again. I didn’t record my ab routine or my cardio warm up but it’s a start. TRAINER: @coachjoe.paris OUTFIT: @goodamerican MUSIC: Kanye West,” Kardashian captioned the video.

In the video, the Good American founder barely takes a second to rest during her intense exercise routine. She does a slew of compound movements like elevated burpees with barbell plank rows. The fitness fanatic doesn’t do only burpees or plank rows, nope she combines them for a more intense workout.

As opposed to doing wall squats or kettlebell squats, Kardashian adds another element to her squats. The first-time mom chooses to add 30 lb. weights to her squat exercises. Koko is cray cray!

Another move Kardashian shows off in the video is treadmill sidestep with a resistance band. Again, she takes a move a person would typically do as a single exercise and adds in one or two additional steps.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star’s trainer, Joel Bouraima also posted the video of the 35-year-old doing her workout thing. He used Instagram Stories to highlight what his client does on vacation.
