2 Dead in Shooting at Drake Afterparty

At least five people were shot Monday night at the Muzik nightclub at Toronto’s Canadian National Exhibition grounds, which played host to Drake’s OVO Festival afterparty. Throughout the show, Drake had continued to diss Meek Mill after weeks of public feuding. There is no suggestion that the shooting was related. The AP reports two people were shot dead—a man and woman in their twenties and thirties—and at least three people were injured. It appears to have happened around 3:15 a.m. ET. A police superintendent said there may be additional victims at other locations.
